Natural Health Sessions
Your options are:
- In person at our treatment room in Skelton On Ure, Ripon
- Distance healing in the comfort of your home. It usual to have some discussion by phone or by Skype before, after and occassionally as part of the session.
What's involved and included
- A pre-session discussion either in person or over the phone or Skype
- The session itself
- Post session review - this helps you integrate, honour and understand your experience
- Empowering you - I provide a simple explanation of how to access the profound energies I work with for yourself to assist with your ongoing healing.

What will I notice?
- During the session you may experience some or a number of the following:
A comforting heat, coolness or tingling, a feeling of well being and calmness, inner peace, love, insights and intuition, seeing colours, a release of tension, a melting away of pain, a safe and comforting release, a feeling of deep relaxation and a sensation of lightness. All these are indications of the healing energies working with your body's natural healing intelligence.
After the session many of the above sensations particularly those of well being, calmness and lightness are likely to stay with you and the energies are so powerful they will continue to work with you long after your session.
My Approach
- I take an holistic approach to your needs and support you in a way that meets your specific situation.
- If it is possible to resolve your requirements in one session then that is my aim.
- I help you connect with your body's own natural healing intelligence and I offer you ways in which you can do that.
- I show each client how they can access Spheres Of Light healing eneries themselves - this helps you continue to enjoy the profound benefits for long after your appointment with me
